The picture does not match the tires. VERY disappointing

Ordered Alliance (303) Front F-2 Rib. The tire I received do NOT have the side Rib as shown on the website/advertisement.  They are not as the vendor stated: "these tires are the exact tires from advertisement on both manufacturer and our end".  The vendor is incorrect when saying item shipped matches the advertisement and has side Rib.  Clearly the advertisement has the side Ribs, and what delivered to me does not have the side Ribs.  Tires I purchased on another, prior order were also mis-represented on the website; they were not even available.  I selected the tires for Order #1 and #2 because I wanted the unique look they showed instead of a plain tire.  What was delivered was a tire with Plain sidewall. I requested a $50 credit to offset my partial dissatisfaction from Customer Service and they did not provide.
