Easily my favorite set of tires to put on my Infiniti G35. So much grip and the tires are such a good value! I'd buy another set just to use at the track of I had the money

Thunderer Tire is a Thailand-based tire manufacturer and a sub-brand of leading Thai tire producer, Deestone. While Thunderer tires are specially designed and engineered for the North American market, they are built in Thailand from the five manufacturing facilities of its parent company. In the US, these tires are exclusively marketed by the American Omni Trading Company via its authorized chain of resellers. The brand manufactures a complete range of product lines for passenger cars, performance vehicles, light trucks, commercial vehicles, trailers, trucks, and buses.
Among its ultra-high-performance tire range for passenger cars, the Thunderer Mach III R702 is a solid performer as it comes with an aggressive, directional tread design and a strong center rib for enhanced performance. Most of the sizes of the Mach III R702 have a speed rating of V and W, which means the tires can go up to the speed of 149 miles and 168 miles, respectively. Available with a limited tread warranty of 40,000 miles, the wide range of tire sizes fall in the bracket of 16 to 20 inches. The tire appears to be a good option for performance-oriented cars, but does it actually deliver on the promise made? Let’s delve into more details in the Thunderer Mach III R702 tire review.
Features and Benefits
Ultra-high-performance tires are designed to deliver excellent grip and traction on smooth surfaces in most conditions. The Mach III R702, too, entails a long list of features; let’s see how these features benefit users.
- High-traction – The directional tread pattern with sweeping grooves and longitudinal grooves delivers adequate grip and traction at high speeds in both dry and wet conditions. The grooves allow for quick water removal from the tread to avoid hydroplaning. The solid shoulders and lateral grooves enhance grip and cornering capabilities while also providing drivers with confidence while turning.
- Improved stability – The continuous center rib improves high-speed handling thanks to its precise steering response and better control over the vehicle. The aggressive shoulder pattern, too, aids in cornering and promotes even wear. Even at high speeds, stability is maintained.
- Longer service life – While the directional tread pattern promotes even wear, the steel-belted construction with spiral nylon wrap adds extra durability to the tread and prolongs its service life. The backing of a 40,000 mile limited manufacturer tread life warranty is a testament to the fact that Thunderer Mach III R702 is a good UHP tire with affordable pricing.

Looks great and ride fantastic great price showed up when expected will most definitely but again
I bought these tires for my 2012 Genesis Coupe, they look great and perform very well. I have had no issues with wet traction or hydroplaning, they handle high speeds well, the treadwear has been great and I have not had any piling issues on the few track days that I have participated in. All in all I am very happy with my purchase. If I had to choose one weakness I would have to say sand, where I live there is lots of it but there again these are street tires so it is to be expected.
They look pretty sporty, and they are to some degree! Cornering is decent, as is the noise and comfort level. The ones that were sent to me were also less than 1 year old. They have a treadwear rating of 500, which means that they should last at least 30000 miles. I live in a northern climate and would never use them in snow / ice, of course.
Few yrs ago purchased 4 of these tires. Just purchased 2 new ones to replace 2 of the 4.
